All Home & Property Clearings are performed in person at your property.
Each clearing is approached with care and intention, with pricing determined by the size of your home or property and any additional areas requiring attention.
✧ Standard Home Clearing Rates
Small Home / Apartment (1–2 bedrooms): $300
Medium Home (3 bedrooms): $400
Large Home (4 bedrooms): $500
Extra-Large Home / Extensive Property (4–6 bedrooms): $650
Additional Garage or Studio: $100 per additional area
✧ Optional Crystal Grid Addition
If you would like to include a crystal grid as part of your clearing, this can be added for an additional $150.
The crystal grid is arranged around suitable external property boundaries, with the intention of symbolically inviting protection, harmony and positive energy into your home and surroundings.
✧ Service Areas & Travel
The standard service rates apply to properties located within my designated service areas.
For properties outside these areas, an additional travel fee may apply depending on the distance and travel requirements.

Macarthur / Wollondilly
Penrith and surrounding suburbs
Lower Blue Mountains
Wollongong
Austral, Bringelly, Luddenham, Warragamba / Silverdale, Horsley Park, Eastern Creek, Bossley Park, Wetherill Park and surrounding suburbs.
If you are unsure whether your property falls within my service area, or you are located outside these areas, please contact Destiny Visions with your suburb and property details before booking. I can then confirm availability and advise of any applicable travel costs.
✧ Booking Your Home Clearing
To help me prepare for your visit and ensure your clearing can be carried out safely and comfortably, please include the following information when making your booking:
Select Your Property Size: Choose the appropriate home or property size from the available booking options.
Choose Any Add-Ons: Select the optional Crystal Grid Addition if you would like this included.
Property Details: Please provide any relevant information about your property, including additional areas, garages, studios or other spaces requiring attention.
Access Requirements: Advise of any relevant access considerations, including stairs, gates, parking or other entry arrangements.
Pets & Smoke Sensitivities: Please let me know if there are pets on the property, or if anyone living at or attending the property has smoke sensitivities, allergies or respiratory concerns. This allows me to consider suitable arrangements and alternatives where needed.
✧ Available Booking Times
Home clearings are available weekends only, between 8:00 am and 2:00 pm.
Please enter your preferred day and time in the message box at checkout.
I will do my best to accommodate your preferred appointment, subject to availability.
Your confirmed appointment date will be arranged to take place within four weeks of your booking.
Your booking is not confirmed until Destiny Visions has contacted you and confirmed the appointment.
Someone must be present at the property throughout the service.
✧ Important Service Conditions
Destiny Visions reserves the right to decline, postpone or cancel a service if the property or surrounding conditions are considered unsafe, unsuitable or present a risk to anyone involved in carrying out the clearing.
Please ensure that any relevant property, access or safety concerns are disclosed before your appointment. Where smoke-based cleansing is unsuitable, alternative arrangements may be discussed where possible.
By proceeding with a booking, you acknowledge that the service is subject to these conditions and the Destiny Visions service policy.
